Dropbox | Relearning Familiar Tools

We designed a modular, research-driven education system to help users rediscover a tool they thought they already knew. By rebuilding trust, sparking curiosity, and rewiring mental models, our goal was to redefine what Dropbox could be for its users.

Anthropic | Rethinking AI Education

I designed a curiosity-driven learning ecosystem for Anthropic meant to break away from bloated tutorials and lifeless feature lists. Instead of just speeding up onboarding, the goal was to deepen understanding through “wait - can it really do that?!” moments that stick.

Square | Systems that Stick

I built the strategy, team, and foundational frameworks for a smarter onboarding ecosystem. By replacing rigid funnels and static content with adaptive, low-friction learning, we aimed to build confidence throughout the user journey.
